BREATHE DEEP is an introductory Breathwork Class, designed to provide a safe and supportive space for our community to explore the power of breath and how it can enhance their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Throughout this class, you will be introduced to a variety of breathwork techniques that have been proven to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and increase energy levels. You will also learn how to use breathwork to regulate your nervous system and cultivate mindfulness, which can help you manage your emotions and improve your focus. We look forward to exploring the transformative power of breathwork with you!
BREATHE SOUND HEALING + MEDITATION VARIOUS FRIDAYS from 7-8pm downstairs in THE ZEN DEN
BREATHE SOUND HEALING + MEDITATION is a holistic wellness practice that incorporates the therapeutic power of sound and meditation to facilitate deep relaxation and promote overall wellbeing. The session begins with a guided Mindfulness (Vipassana) Meditation that is designed to induce a state of heightened awareness and inner calm. This sets the stage for the next phase of the session, which involves an immersive sound bath that creates a tranquil and soothing environment for the body and mind to unwind and rejuvenate. BREATHE SOUND HEALING + MEDITATION is especially beneficial for those who live in urban environments and are exposed to the constant overstimulation of modern city life. The practice provides a much-needed respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and allows participants to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with their inner selves.
BREATHE RESTORATIVE SOUND HEALING
VARIOUS SUNDAYS from 6:30-7:30pm
Sound Healing incorporates the therapeutic power of sound and meditation to facilitate deep relaxation and promote overall well-being. The session begins with a guided Mindfulness Meditation that is designed to induce a state of heightened awareness and inner calm.
This sets the stage for the next phase of the session, which involves an immersive sound bath along with gentle Yin Yoga that creates a tranquil and soothing environment for the body and mind to unwind and rejuvenate. Pure essential oils can be very powerful for healing the body and the mind, boosting your immune system, enhancing your mood, clearing the channels in your body, and so much more.

BREATHE is now offering 1-on-1 sound healing sessions with Jason. 1 on 1 sessions are private and customized for each client based on specific needs spiritually and physically. We start with a short consult to determine a course that can bring:
• Reduced stress and anxiety: The sound vibrations of singing bowls can help to calm the mind and body, reducing stress and anxiety levels.
• Improved sleep: The relaxing sounds of singing bowls can help to promote deep sleep and reduce insomnia.
• Pain relief: The vibrations of singing bowls can help to reduce pain and inflammation.
• Improved mood: The sound vibrations of singing bowls can help to improve mood and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.
• Increased energy: The sound vibrations of singing bowls can help to increase energy levels and improve overall vitality.
Sessions are $75 for 1 hour and are held in the Tea Room at BREATHE.
